All content on this Platform—including but not limited to 3D animal models, grooming presets, VFX sequences, animations, renders, textures, and proprietary software code—is the exclusive intellectual property of OLIVE FX, S.L., unless otherwise stated. This includes works created for clients where OLIVE FX retains portfolio display rights.

2.2 Payment and Transfer of Rights

Unless otherwise specified in a signed Service Agreement or NDA, the ownership or licensing of custom-made assets is only transferred to the client upon receipt of full and final payment. Until such time, OLIVE FX retains all intellectual property rights.

2.3 Strict Prohibition of AI Training (Anti-AI Clause)

STRICT PROHIBITION: You are expressly prohibited from using any content from this Platform (including images, videos, 3D meshes, and grooming data) for the purpose of training machine learning models or Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms. This includes:

  • Automated web scraping or data extraction of our media.
  • Including our assets in any AI training datasets.
  • Using our photorealistic renders to fine-tune generative AI models. Unauthorized use of our content for AI development constitutes a material breach of copyright and will be subject to strict legal action under EU and International Law.

2.4 Trademark Protection

The OLIVE FX name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of these trademarks in connection with any product or service is strictly prohibited.

2.5 Non-Commercial Sharing

Visitors are permitted to share our Showreels and public portfolio pieces for non-commercial, inspirational, or educational purposes, provided that full credit is given to OLIVE FX and a direct link to our official website is included.

OLIVE FX, S.L. certifies that all digital assets and visual effects are produced using legally licensed, industry-standard software (including Blender, Unreal Engine, and supporting plugins). We strictly uphold intellectual property integrity in our entire production pipeline.

3.2 Authenticity of Work

All content showcased on this website represents authentic VFX renders produced entirely by our studio team. We do not use uncredited stock assets to represent our capabilities. The visual quality displayed accurately reflects the technical proficiency we deliver.

3.3 Limitation of Liability

  • Technical Interpretation: While our 3D biological models strive for absolute anatomical and photorealistic accuracy, they remain artistic and technical interpretations designed for VFX and real-time engines. We are not liable for biological discrepancies in scientific or non-entertainment applications.
  • Platform Availability: We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we assume no liability for server downtime or data transmission failures.

3.4 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms, along with the Privacy Policy and Intellectual Property Policy, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from the use of this Platform or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Spain.
